Our technology team work with an award-winning application built on a modern kubernetes technology stack that uses the latest azure services. This enables us to have agile-minded, technology-focused roles in software development, business analysis, testing, scrum practice, cloud operations, platform engineering, IT system operations and change design.

Our Oracle-based payroll system is run by our wide range of payroll experts, including payroll, salary assessment, overpayment and ACC advisors, tax and customer service specialists, payrun coordinators and payroll system administrators. All of these positions contribute to the fortnightly payrun being successfully delivered to schools.

Our specialist teams keep EPL at the top of our game and include risk and assurance, people and leadership, finance, communications and engagement and technology assurance.

People and Culture Coordinator: applications close 9am 22 May 2024

Reporting to the Hautū People and Culture, this new role will provide high quality administration support and coordination to the People and Culture team, across the full range of HR activities.  In addition to the Hautū, the team includes two P&C Business Partners and a Senior Communications Advisor. 

The job will be varied and is an opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the human resources and organisational development functions, and to grow your HR career within a supportive team. 

You will be coordinating recruitment, onboarding and offboarding; writing letters, employment documents and reports; processing changes in our payroll system; providing first level support to our people in our team inbox and face to face; coordinating workplace health, safety and wellness; and supporting the delivery of People and Culture initiatives and programmes.

Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will work and collaborate with the wider Engineering Delivery group, gathering user requirements, understanding business priorities and translating them into actionable plans for process improvement, system enhancements, or new application development.
