EdPay, the new schools’ payroll service, is being built in stages so schools using it can gain from increases in functionality as soon as they are ready.
In designing EdPay, we asked schools what features they wanted most, and focused on building these first.
Schools can now use EdPay to add new employees, update employee contact and financial details, and terminate contracts. We are adding new features and improving on existing ones constantly as schools tell us what they think of the service. In the future all payroll services will be available in EdPay.
Schools using EdPay still have access to the existing payroll service, and also have one-on-one support from their dedicated payroll adviser, who is trained in EdPay and ready to help.
